You may have noticed your own patterns of behaviour when certain elements appear in front of you. It might be a coworker that's always late for a meeting, or the one who doesn't stop talking and won't stop bothering you, or the lady down the hall who doesn't say anything no matter how much you probe her.  
     "How are you?" 
     "What are you up to?"
                                 "Oh, not much."
It might be your micro-manager of a boss, or your subordinate who is always behind.

While we get along with some people, we just can't stand others. How are you supposed to work through all of that and be productive and positive by the end of the day??

This talk and facilitation builds personal consciousness of your triggers and your values as well as the values of others.  They may be similar, but they are probably arranged in a different order of priority. 

While we all mean well and we each contribute to the workplace, we are also wired differently with different upbringings, cultural heritages, and innate tendencies.

It's important for us to identify and embrace one anothers values and strengths to build trust, synergy and positivity.

• To uncover the effect of upholding these value and what happens when you are not able to uphold them.
